The cap is a one size and will fit short to medium length hair best and the head and wristbands will fit snugly to avoid any slipping.  All items are made from quick drying stretch polyester and spandex fabric.  Simply hand wash in cold water and lie flat to dry.   

For hygienic reasons, a refund or exchange can only be offered if the item has been is returned in the same condition as when dispatched.  Return postage costs are at the buyers expense and the item must be returned within 14 days of initial dispatch.
